By submitting a message, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, have read the disclaimer and privacy notice, and agree to these terms.

Eligibility and use

The site is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Use it lawfully and respectfully. No spam, threats, harassment, defamation, illegal material, malware, other people's identifying details without permission, or content infringing intellectual property rights. We may block misuse and remove or restrict content.

Your words and your licence

You retain ownership of original content you submit. When you mark a message public, you grant the site operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and share that message as part of the public universe until it is removed from the live service. You confirm you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it. Private messages are not displayed publicly by the site, but people with your secret access link can read them.

Public content

Public messages are user-generated content. They may appear without prior review and may be unmoderated or only reactively moderated. The operator does not endorse public messages and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is not responsible for their accuracy, legality, quality or opinions. We reserve the right to suppress, hide or remove any public content, with or without notice.

Visibility, deletion and reports

You select private or public before submission. Your secret return link is required to delete a message. We may hide public content after reports or at our discretion. Deleting a message removes it from the live website, but cannot undo external shares or immediately erase provider backups. If you lose your private link, the operator may not be able to verify ownership or recover it.

Free service and optional contributions

Submission, star creation and a downloadable keepsake are provided free of charge. Optional payments through PayPal support the website. Paying provides no increased chance of an outcome and no priority service. PayPal's applicable payment terms apply. Any contribution or refund rights are governed by applicable law and the payment arrangement, not by a promised spiritual result.

Service changes, limitations and governing rights

We may change, suspend or discontinue the project or individual features. The service is supplied without a promise of continuous availability. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, privacy rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please read the full Disclaimer.
